TDA4VM-Q1: CSI2 interface and camera timerout

Hi,

My customer encountered issue regarding this IC, please see details below

When I do high-temperature test, I found an anomaly that we hadn't encountered before: both camera input signal and video output signal are lost after running at high temperature for 6 hours. DUT contains 8 camera input and one video output. The upper computer shows all the camera timeout and video output is interrupted. The DUT can be restored only after being power on reset and can't be restored by hot plugging cameras or reboot.

I have checked the output of PMIC, SerDes power supply and crystal oscillator, and they all work normally. DUT also enters this fault at room temperature, although the anomaly is much less likely than at high temperature. Can you help me locate the root cause of the anomaly?

And I found an item about the CSI2 interface in the errata (https://www.ti.com/lit/er/sprz455b/sprz455b.pdf). Could you share more information with me? Could this be the root cause of the anomaly?
