AM623: VPP current value when program eFuse

 Please confirm the absolute max rating value of VPP PIN，the datasheet shows TBD；

because we need select a zener diode for it.

Thank you for clarifying the requirements.

The VPP supply range is min:1.71 -- Nominal:1.8 and -- Max:1.89 V.

Give the recommended operating range, i would recommend selecting a  zener diode that has a minimum zener voltage > 1.89V. Please refer below table as an example for selection of zener.
