Good day,
We are using the Power Ic TPS650250RHBR for getting the Voltage 3v3, 1v8, & 1v3..
but we check the voltage at test point of vcc1v3d we getting 1.6v. (Check the R6 &R8 value are fine as mentioned in diagram).Actually we need the voltage of 1.3v
Again we change the voltage divider reistor value R6 & R8 there is no change in the voltage value 1.6v.
we check the voltage at pin 32 ( DEFDCDC3) is 0.8V. ; and we remove the current sense resistor R5 and measure the voltage we getting 1.1v.
Actually we need to change the voltage via R6 &R8 or 1v3.
Kindly suggests the check points.
