The customer would like to know if it's possible to provide the package model file for the pin part of ddr4, i.e. package model from pin to internal die. Could you please help point to the file on .SNP format? Thanks.

My understanding is that package RLC parasitics are usually modeled into IBIS files. I am not aware of anything else that can be provided.

The current IBIS model does not have a package model from pin to internal die, could you please help to double check if it's able to be provided?
