TI does not offer EtherCAT master stack, but there are commercial stacks like https://www.acontis.com/en/ethercat-master.html and others mentioned in PROCESSORS-3P-SEARCH

Isn't there a Sitara ARM product with TI EtherCAT master support?

Is there any stack software that you know of that offers free EtherCAT master support?

You can check the IgH EtherCAT Master. TI will not support the questions related to IgH master.
