My customer check the spec. of AM62x series. and here is one question about power consumption.
I saw the document SPRAD43, AM62x Power Consumption Summary, and I found the results as below.
Is 0.619W containing the current consumption of LPDDR4 module? or just only AM623 module? Should I add more power consumption of LPDDR4 if I want to estimate total power?
And I also want to see similar document about AM64x, I cannot see it in the product page.

The 0.619W number captured here (and throughout the Power Consumption App Note) is inclusive of VDD_CORE, VDDR_CORE, and VDDS_DDR power rails (which is inclusive of the DDR power rail with LPDDR4 running at 1.1V, to directly answer your question).
And I also want to see similar document about AM64x, I cannot see it in the product page.
We have not yet published a similar App Note for AM64.
