Hi,

Is there anything new on the C667x thermal data?

Junction-to-case resistance?

Junction-to-board resistance?

It's in TBD in the formal documentation from last November.

The Junction-to-case (Theta-JC) value is 0.18 C/W.

The Junction-to-board (Theta-JB) value is 4.12 C/W.

These values will be added to the next release of the C667x data manuals.

My apologies but I posted before I received confirmation on the numbers.

The Junction-to-case (Theta-JC) value is 0.18 C/W.

The Junction-to-board (Theta-JB) value is 3.71 C/W.

These are the current numbers for the C667x.
