implementing multitasking on DM6437

Hi

I am new to DM6437. My task is to capture video frames through a camera, then converting them to YUV 420 planar format, then performing some operations on the frames, then again convert them in YUV 422 and then display the result on the LCD monitor. After that i have to implement each tasks independently on the subsequent frames using DSP/BIOS e.g. a pipeline sort of structure.

Kindly give me some proper guidelines so as how to proceed.
