Hi Team,

In the TRM P.1336 Table 8-804. CPSW_SGMII_STATUS_REG_j, there is notation of a lock status bit.

What does this refer to?

Hi Mari,

The lock status bit refers to the appropriate serdes plls being locked.

Hi Mari,

The lock status bit in SGMII status reg will be connected from the 0th bit of register at offset 0xE000 in serdes register space called PHY_PMA_CMN_CTRL. This register could be missing from some versions of TRM for DRA829.
