Can you please let me know the differences between the two revisions?

The usbstk5515_tech_ref.pdf does not document the differences. Is there some other document that summarizes the differences?

Dan,

According to the Spectrum Digital website, the difference between them is the version of the XDS100 used. They call it usbstk5515 and usbstk5515_v2.

Check the schematics of both of them and you'll see the differences on page 13.
