TDA4VM: How to do to warm reset

Hi:

In orde to warm reset tda4, I run the function "Sciclient_pmDomainReset(DOMGRP_00, SCICLIENT_SERVICE_WAIT_FOREVER)",but it can not startup agian after I run the reset function,I found that TDA4 stays in IBL through the emulator

Hi Xibin,

I have a few queries:
1) What is the intended use case here?
2) How are you booting your application? (SBL/No-Boot)
3) At what point are you calling this API?

Hi parth:

1)I hope tda4 can restart to application when I recvice the reset command from can

2)Start the application through the SBL

3)When I receive service 11 of the UDS

Hi Xibin,

You want to reset the complete SOC or just the core on which your application is running?
Also, you can refer to the thread https://e2e.ti.com/support/processors-group/processors/f/processors-forum/1116692/tda4vm-q1-tda4vm-q1-how-toreset-sbl which had the similar use case.
