AM6442: DDR subsystem

Dear e2e team,

My customer is having problems with the DDR4 config of the AM6442: 
• in some cases it gives login error
• in others the customer is able to access but he always reads zero
• in others code is loaded but cannot be executed
• only in rare cases he can read/write in DDR4

Since the DDR4 is different from the one mounted on the EVB, he created an ad-hoc configuration, via the web page https://dev.ti.com/sysconfig/#/start 
The section where the required DDR4 parameters come is very clear and he found all the data on the datasheet of my memory.

But is not clear how to set the 2 IO Control sections IOControl A) Processor/DDR Controller IO Configuration and IOControl B) DRAM IO Configuration.

Where can he find these IO Control info for the device? 

Where can he find these IO Control info used for the EVM?
