HI Ti team members.

I tried the encoder app which can encode to h264 from yuvNV12 on PSDK8.2.

But 'tienc_encode' always failed.

I was wondering If I could get the latest version of the tienc_encode sample code.

I've downloaded on think link : https://git.ti.com/cgit/jacinto7_multimedia/videnc-test-app.

When I used this app, it failed too.
