Failure to Load

Hello,

Today, I tried loading a binary file that was compiled (and successfully run) a few weeks ago. However, when attempting to load I get the following error:

C66xx_0: File Loader: Data verification failed at address 0x80000000 Please verify target memory and memory map.
C66xx_0: GEL: File: C:\ccsv5.0\workspace\helloworld_evmc6678l\Debug\helloworld_evmc6678l.out: a data verification error occurred, file load failed.

I have tried it both with and without loading the evm6678 GEL file. Other binaries seem to load and work fine.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

This appears like DDR3 not getting initialized for the operations.

There is another similar thread on this. Can you please make sure if you are using the right versions for the test?

Thanks for the link, Aravind. I am able to load the processor every time now, however when the program loads (the NDK client demo), nothing happens when it is run. I have run this program before and am familiar with the print statements that usually accompany the beginning of execution. Any ideas why the program would not be executing as expected?

I was not loading the GEL file before connecting to the target.
