Hello. I have the AM335x Starter Kit. The sudo commands don't work when I connect with Putty. I installed linux but linux commands are not working. How can I run commands?

1) I am using the PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-AM335X SDK from the link below. I typed root as the username. It logged in without a password and didn't run my commands. It is also indicated in the image. How can i solve this. Why are my commands not working?
2) I downloaded Ubuntu and installed it on sd card. What can I do to be able to connect a screen? Will it work if I connect it to my display with a USB-HDMI converter?
3) How should I go about connecting a screen?

When I run the card, the command line icon appears on the screen. When you open it, the wayland command line opens. What should I use for this? What are commands? Can you share the documentation about it? @Bin Liu
