Audio codecs for DM36x

Is AC3 and MPEG2 Layer 1 and 2 supported on the DM36x family? Thanks.

Below are the details for DM36x audio codec support -

There is no support for AC3 encoder or decoder.

The MP3 audio decoder support all layer of Mpeg1/2 decoding (layer I, II, and III).

The encoder only supports layer III encoding.
