There is an IP camera refference design post recently distributed on the web. If we buy the tool TMDXIPCAM8127J3 for example there is a wonder if this tool (refference design) will be enough to develop an application? Do we need additional DaVinci hardware or software platforms to study and develop the IP camera application? Do we need for example to buy CCS and JTAG emulator for DaVinci?
