Within tms320dm8148.pdf there is refered to a "Memory Controller User's Guide" (see chapter 8.13, "LPDDR/DDR2/DDR3 Memory Controller"):

Is this document available from anywhere now?
Or is there an other place with complete and exact information about the memory controller and its integration (pinning+timing ARM/DSP-MC-DDR2/3) within DM814x and DM816x?
