AM625: Suspend to RAM without WOL

Ethernet/CPSW is not listed as a wakeup source in the TRM.

Has the customer confirmed they can use WOL to wake up AM62x SK EVM?

Customer did not try the wake-up from WOL.
They thought the network controller is enabled because there is no resume operation in the driver code.
Do you mean Ethernet/CPSW is off during suspend?

Hi Tashiro-san,

After discussed this internally, the WOL is actually GPIO wakeup in the AM625 perspective. The Ethernet PHY should connect its interrupt pin to an AM625 GPIO pin, so that once a WOL frame is detected in the PHY, the PHY interrupt pin will drive the AM625 GPIO pin to wake up AM625.

So if WOL is not needed, you can just don't connect the PHY interrupt pin to AM625.
