Sorry for late reply. The before discussion has been closed.

We try the other experiments as below:

#progma(1) TMS320C6748

#progma(1) TMS320C6713

Obviously, the DSP TMS320C6748 can works by syntax #progma pack(1),

TMS320C6713 can't works maybe related with the compiler version.

Should we guess the reason is CUP architecture is not 8bits but 16bits ?

If yes, we need documentation (may be datasheet) to support this conjecture.

In older compilers #pragma pack is not supported. Instead, a GCC attribute is supported. However, even that is not supported by all variants of C6000. The following quote comes from the C6000 compiler manual for version 7.4.x ...

The packed attribute for structure and union types is available only when there is hardware support for unaligned accesses. For C6000 this means C6400+, C6400, C6740, and C6600.

Note this does not include the C6700 device you use.
