AM3354: How to use software to check AM3354BZCZA80 and AM3354BZCZD80?

Hi Daniel,

I don't think you can use software to distinguish the AM335x devices between different temperature ranges. I am not aware of any register providing this info.

We do more test.

We find that it is different between AM3354BZCZA80 and AM3354BZCZD80.

We need to make sure this bit whether or not to distinguish really AM3354BZCZA80 and AM3354BZCZD80.

Please refer TRM description : These bits are undefined and contents can vary from device to device.

As bin mentioned, i cant see any bits that are available to customer to read for temperature grade.
