    Thank you for the query.

    Can you help me understand if this is a custom board ? If not please reference the board you are referring.

    Q1. Since the circuit is not complete i will not be able to comment. This is application dependent. I assume the open drain gate has pull up somewhere on the board.

    Q2. I assume you want to use the ADC. If yes this is required. Since the schematics is not complete, i am not sue on the VDD_ADC level used.

    Q3. Use of buffer is application dependent, We would recommend to have the device for better performance.

    Q4. Please elaborate your question.
