Can i program AM571X IDK with help of code composer studio

Hi,

i want to use yocto 2.6 for my project. so i choose SDK version 06.03.00.106.is it correct?

i have a doubt regarding what are steps to be followed for loading a program into board

how can i setup code composer studio and how can i import examples application from SDK

There are several ways of loading a program to the board, the details are covered in the SDK documentation linked from the page above, the easiest to boot Linux (since you mentioned Yocto) will be to use the SD card to boot - refer to the steps in the documentation (https://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-linux/esd/AM57X/08_02_01_00/exports/docs/linux/Overview_Getting_Started_Guide.html)

For Yocto build, please use the Linux shell to build instead of using Code Composer Studio.

Hi Karthik,

As i mentioned above i want to use yocto 2.6 but SDK version 08_02_01_00 uses Yocto 3.1 (dunfell).

is it satisfy my requriment ?.

Do i want to follow all the steps present in SDK version 08_02_01_00 getting started guide
