Hi Team,

Are there any pin to pin alternatives to the AM5728? Can the AM5729 be used as a drop in replacement? Can the AM5726 be used if they are not using the graphics acceleration?

Also, same question for the AM574x series?

Yes - AM5728, AM5729, AM5726 are pin compatible.

For the AM574x series - AM5749, AM5748, AM5745 are pin compatible.

Do you know if a software image targeting AM5728 would work without modification in the other AM572x and AM574x devices, assuming there isn't a feature conflict? Of course we would do verification testing, just want to see if it's possible.

The devices will be register compatible (except for feature conflicts) - so I would expect very minimal software difference (if any).
