Can the DDR memories be mounted on the opposite side of the PCB, either directly beneath the processor or fairly close? I.e., are there any signal integrity issues unique to this type of layout?
Can you not use a small serial flash memory for program store? I say this because I skimmed through the reference document and only saw the following: GPMC, MMC1, MMC2, USB, and UART. I may not be able to use a serial flash due to boot time requirements, however, I just wanted to verify this.
