We are looking to use a single x8 DDR4 chip and wanted to confirm that the AM6232 supports an 8-bit wide bus? The examples use 2 x 8bits to make a 16 or a single 16 bit chip.
Also for a single DDR4 IC do I need to add a Sink Source VTT regulator and termination resistors?
