TMS320C6655: What is the addresses for the Control Register File?

Hello,

Due to the specificity of the project, we are not allowed to use the chip support library provided by TI.

Here I wanna know what are the addresses of the registers in the Control Register File described in <TMS320C66x DSP CPU and Instruction Set Reference Guide>. Therefore, I could manupulate these registers to enable/disable the interrupts?

Chunhua Ni,

The Device corepac control registers are accessed directly like " AMR" , CSR, ICR, IER, DNUM etc...

There are no addresses. However, let me have a closer look and get back.

For C665X, there are three Chip Interrupt controllers : - CIC0, CIC1 and CIC2.

The memory map table will contain the start and the end addresses of CIC0, CIC1 and CIC2.

And the offset will be given for Interrupt enable, Interrupt clear registers etc.. for CIC0, 1, 2.

Thanks for your feedback. Add one more comment, the control register should be declared by using the keyword cregister before any Read/Write access.
