Customer found the USB disk read/write is slow
SDK: ti-processor-sdk-linux-am57xx-evm-04.02.00.09-Linux-x86-Install.bin
Kernel：4.9.28
Use hdparm tool to test the speed：
It shows that it is USB2.0, but the speed is only 5Mbps, it should be at least 408Mbps.
