Hello,

To support Cockpit functions, such as Instrument Panel Cluster or Infotainment display. How could we achieve ASIL B at system level with a QM level of GPU?

Hello - TI recommends addition SW/system level checks and diagnostics to use GPU in ASIL-B context. The device safety manual Section 5.45 provides additional details:

If I am reading the document correctly, These are hardware diagnostics that are provided to achieve ASIL-B for this HW (GPU). Where are these diagnostics being ran? do we need an external MUC to do this or can it be done on the MCU domain of the SOC?
