The TRM instructs in Table 12-3568

Enable overflow interrupt. [1] OVF_EN_FLAG

Where is this? The only registers listed in Table 12-3574 for interrupts are:

TIMER0_IRQ_EOI SW End Of Interrupt

TIMER0_IRQSTATUS_RAW Interrupt Status - Raw

TIMER0_IRQSTATUS Interrupt Status

TIMER0_IRQSTATUS_SET

TIMER0_IRQSTATUS_CLR

TIMER0_IRQWAKEEN

    Thank you for the query.

    Please refer to the initialization sequence referring to OVF_EN_FLAG

    and the corresponding register.

    Looks like the OVF_EN_FLAG bit name is different in the register.

    FYI, there is similar register in the AM64 that you could use for description
