AM3358: Cold Software Reset does not assert nRESETIN_OUT

Hi,

Our customer is doing an evaluation on a board made overseas.
They are writing 0x02 to PRM_RSTCTRL Register and doing SW cold reset. The reset is applied, but the nRESETIN_OUT is not asserted.
Looking at Reset out Assertion (nRESETIN_OUT Pin) in Table 8-26. of the TRM, there seems to be no specific condition. What could be the reason why it is not asserted?
The pull-up on nRESETIN_OUT is 10 ohms and nRESETIN_OUT does not seem to be asserted when they change the value of the PRM_RSTTIME Register.

Is this an eval board or custom board ? Is this behaviour seen on a specific board.

I will confirm that it is not a custom board but an evaluation board from overseas.
I will also check with the customer as the thread in No. 782864 may be the same as this issue.

Thanks for the response.
The customer could not see the nRESETIN_OUT assertion (or could not use this output), so he will not use the nRESETIN_OUT output after all, but will use another method.
