I have connected my host machine and TDA4vm board to my wifi router. I want to access files from the eval board in the Code composer studio so that i can easily modify them. So far i have been using the vi editor but it is not very convenient. In the code composer studio, i am able to connect to the board over serial console. But when i want to connect to it over the SSH using the Remote systems option. I get algorithum association fail error.

what could be possibly wrong?

Do i need to install a ftp server on the eval board or is there already something?

Also i am able to ssh into tda4vm using terminal.

Hi Deepankar,

We have not tried remotely accessing the board through CCS. However, we have tried VSCode which allows you to access files and modify them easier than vi: https://software-dl.ti.com/jacinto7/esd/processor-sdk-linux-sk-tda4vm/08_02_00/exports/docs/getting_started.html#connect-remotely

Is it possible to explore the files over Serial connection?

In Beaglebone black images there is a driver that makes it possible to create a virtual ethernet port over USB and connect to it without the need of a router. Is am not sure which driver was it. Should be possible on SK-TDA4VM. Do you have any info? This would be nice feature for people working in industry where the network setup doesnot allow eval boards to be connected to routers,

Apologies for the late reply. The support for Beaglebone boards are mainly done through Beaglebone's community, so we do not have additional info on this. I would recommend reaching out to the Beaglebone community for your question.
