TCI6486 power consumption

To whom might concern,

When I tried to run while loop, TCI6486 power consumption was increasing and higher than any tasking like: SRIO, EMAC or EDMA.

Does anyone can tell me why?

    It's possible that some amount of self heating which will increase the temperature of the device resulting in an increase of leakage current \resulting in the power consumption increasing over time as the device heats up.  It would reach a steady state at some point.

    When observing the other IP usage on SRIO, EMAC, etc was it at the same case temperature and the same device?
