Hi Mari,

The ECC Aggregator Module, is documented in TRM, please reference Section 12.11.4. ECC Aggregator.

The ECC Aggregator provides a mechanism to control and monitor the ECC protected memories in a module or subsystem, and can generate an interrupt for correctable / non-correctable errors.
