AM625: HW SoC non-volatile register

I know the AM625 has a NV-memory for HW version.

But right now. I could not find any information for that.

Please let me where it is.

Can you clarify further on what is the use-case. Are you talking about some one time programmable registers that can be programmed by customers?

Can you clarify where you saw the reference on NV memory in hardware ?
