Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320C5504
Hi,
For Production Engineering purposes, I need to find out the dimensions of the JEDEC tray for the 10 x 10mm BGA package (184 parts per tray) used for the TMS320C5504/05/14/15 family of devices. This particular package and tray doesn't seem to be covered by any of the documents in the Packaging Information section at the TI website, such as the "MicroStar BGA Packaging Reference Guide", SSYZ015B, as it is more recent. Can you please advise where I can find this information?
