TDA4VM: SDK NFS kernel Server Failed

Hi,

I was trying to run the setup.sh script for the TDA4VM SDK build and I keep running into this error:

Stopping nfs-kernel-server (via systemctl): nfs-kernel-server.service.
Starting nfs-kernel-server (via systemctl): nfs-kernel-server.serviceJob for nfs-server.service canceled.
failed!
Failed setup, aborting..
Failed setup, aborting..

Earlier I ran the setup.sh script with zero issues and didnt run into this problem. I deleted the SDK directory and reinstalled it from scratch and I am now getting this NFS server error when I run this script. I did not change anything and followed the same steps as I did originally. 

Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.
