Hi Tony,
Have you tried saving the file when you click the URL?
The phy calibration pattern file is a 128byte binary file.

Hi Tony,
I re-tried downloading the OSPI phy patten file, and it worked for me.
The OSPI phy patten file is a binary file, and you may want to click "Save link as" to save the file on your PC
