Are UVC drivers already present in IPNC?

Hello

I am running the IPNC kernel on a DVEVM board for DM365. I want to know if the UVC drivers are already present in the IPNC, or do i have to include them and rebuild the kernel? I basically want to achieve streaming video from a composite input on the board, and through USB to my host workstation.
