C6748 - PoP availability and reference design

I would like to use C6748 in our new design.

Unfortunately, I did not finf any information about PoP package availability.

Also, may anyone knows where I can find reference design for this DSP.

Hi Roman,

I do not recall hearing any information about the C6748 coming in a PoP package. Would you mind telling me where you heard about this?

OMAP-s have such packages decreasing required space on boards.

I only tried ....

My understanding is that PoP is limited to just the OMAP35x devices and not to all OMAP parts. I am not sure if there are any plans of adding a PoP package to the C674x/OMAP-L1x parts.

There will not be any PoP option for C6748. The only devices to have a PoP option are the CBB and CBC packages for OMAP3530, OMAP3525, OMAP3515, OMAP3503.
