C6745/47 EMIFB Supported SDRAM

Hi,

According to C6745/47 Datasheet(SPRS377D), 2M × 16 × 4 bank SDRAM is listed in Table 6-25, but not listed in Table 6-24.
So, Which table is correct?

    Hi j-breeze,

    I think both tables are correct. The 2M x 16 x 4 is listed in table 6-24 there but b/c the device EMIFB data bus is 32-bit wide hence the data EMIFB Data Bus Size column is set to '32' all the way . For the 2M x 16 x 4 bank SDRAM you do not have to connect EMB_D[16-31].

    Please let me know if it does/does not make sense.
