Am1808 booting problem

Hello,

i am working with the AM1808 experimenter board (Rev.A). I was booting the kernel via TFTP and mounting root-file system via NFS without any problem. Now i have flashed in SPI a new u-boot (U-Boot 2009.11) and after this a cannnot mount the root file sytem via NFS any more. I download the Kernel uImage without any problem and then when i do bootm, i get this mistake:

IP-Config: Retrying forever (NFS root)...
eth0: attached PHY driver [SMSC LAN8710/LAN8720] (mii_bus:phy_addr=1:00, id=7c0f1)
Sending DHCP requests .
PHY: 1:00 - Link is Up - 100/Full
..... timed out!

Pls. could some help me?

setenv bootargs mem=128M console=ttyS0,115200n8 root=/dev/nfs rw nfsroot=192.168.5.7:/work/targetNFS/ ip=192.168.5.2:192.168.5.7:192.168.5.7:255.255.255.0:power:eth0:off

bootargs is the key... please check, above is a sample

great. think your DHCP setting screw up the booting.

Yes it was the DHCP, i changed to static IP and it worked, but do you know the reason?
