3530 ES2.1 silicon support

I have noticed after upgrading many of our units in the field they no longer boot from the SD card.

The xldr seems to initially start but fails when trying to bring in eboot from the card.

These units were originally built to the 6.13 BSP and upgraded to the A8_01 BSP.

All the failed units have the 2.1 silicon so I suspect the multi-block read bug to be the issue.

It looks like there was an attempt to implement the workaround in the BSP but I do not believe it is complete nor does it work.

Is it true 2.1 silicon is not supported in the new BSP? Was any testing done with previous (2.1 or 3.0) silicon?
