For DM3730, that requires 168-ball POP DDRAM (12mmX12mm) package, is there any other supplier besides Micron?

From some older posts, some fellow mentioned Hynix.
But I couldn't find the data sheet in their website, only that of mobile DDR in 90FBGA.
Alex:
The DM3730EVM uses Hynix H8KDS0UN0MER which is a POP device with 4Gbit NAND flash + 2Gbit mobile DDR.

Hi
We are using DM3730 SOM from Mistral with Hynix POP (3530/3730 REV D PROCESSOR MODULE).
The top marking of the POP is H9DH4GH2GJAP.
There is no top marking decoder in Hynix site for MCP/POP memory.
Is it a POP in the H9 family?Or is it H8KDS0UN0MER ?
Please confirm.
Thanks
