Books sugestion

Hi all,

I'm looking for books or sites that discuss good programming practices when especifically working with DSP's. I tried to get an idea from Amazon site reviews, but could not.

I have a good experience in microcontrollers, but I feel my DSP implementations could be better from both architetural and algorithm point of view, i.e., make a better use of DSP resources.

Thanks,

Marcelo

  • I would recommend our workshops:

TMS320C64x+™ DSP System Integration Workshop using DSP/BIOS

and also the Optimization workshop (deals on how to optimize algorithms).

    Fow workshop dates please see:

Below are some books suggested. I'm not sure if they have current material so please check.

"Digital Signal Processing Implementation using the TMS320C6000TM DSP Platform"

    by Naim Dahnoun; ISBN 0201-61916-4

    "Real-Time Digital Signal Processing: Based on the TMS320C6000"by Nasser Kehtarnavaz;Newnes; Book & CD-Rom (July 14, 2004)ISBN 0-7506-7830-5

"Digital Signal Processing and Applications with the C6713 and C6416 DSK (Topics in Digital Signal Processing)"Wiley-Interscience; Book & CD-Rom (December 3, 2004by Rulph Chassaing; ISBN 0-4716-9007-4
