I can see that during the I2S data transfer, AIC31 is a master, and DM365 McBSP is a slave.

I need it to be contrary.

How to switch the AIC31 into slave mode?

How to switch the McBSP into master mode?

Tell me please, what fields in the structures on which files to edit to do this.

There are no simple and convenient way to switch the master-slave. All set with the constants in the 'davinci-evm.c'.

I'll have to mess about with the constants.

Yes, you need to change the macro in davinci-evm.c file and possibly the McBSP timing related configuration in the driver. Did you get it to work already?

Hi, Vaibhav.

I can see that the problem is more than change the constants.

I want to not use the MCLK (27Mhz) for the AIC31, and only use the BCLK.
Hence BCLK must be generated from the McBSP.

We need to make changes for the code 'davinci-i2s.c' and 'tlv320aic3x.c'.
'davinci-i2s.c' has no abilities for usage of the internal generator (has no clock setup and so on).
'tlv320aic3x.c' has no abilities for change MCLK_in to BCLK_in.

In short, both files are designed so that McBSP is a slave, and AIC is a master.

I need McBSP master mode too.

I find some patch but fail.
