AM1808 do not boot from uart

hi:
   I refer to LOgic company AM1808 for develope  and design  of the motherboard, when debugging a problem:
No output from the serial port start, check the voltage is correct, the oscillator is normal, reset the circuit works properly, boot code is set to dial 1010 for the uart2 start, boot0 no leads, please help analysis

    If you have a JTAG connection, you can try using the debug GEL files under CCS to gather info on what the device is doing.  I use the output from the serial port as an indicator that the chip is alive, and if you don't see that and you are confident that your boot pins are set correctly, then it could be an indication of other issues (such as power supply problems, etc.). Is this a custom platform or an official EVM platform?

    hi:

          BOOT MODE will now jump to 0011, In the reset, it  has a fixed word output,from the serial port ,but length not ennough,then,power supply is checked and correct.

    I would like to ask a few questions:
             1. The power of the power order is not
             2.BOOT 0, BOOT5, BOOT6, BOOT7 no resistor to ground, is not it also affect the start

    hi:

       I use the JTAG connection AM1808, emulator for the XDS510, connections can only see the RAM, and the chip does not recognize, display unknown, please help analyze?
