DM6467 Croma shift Issue

Hello,

I am using DM6467 to capture 16bit YCbCr data on VPIF port 0 and 1. After running the board overnight at 55 degree C ambient temperature (DM6467 temperature 65-70 C), we are facing a weird issue. Croma data starts shifting up randomly as shown in below snap. I am capturing 720P60 data.

Can anybody comment what can be the issue?
