I have the same issue on BSP_WINCE_ARM_A8_01_02_00 as that referenced in
http://e2e.ti.com/support/embedded/f/353/t/65534.aspx
the debug configuration won't compile and return the same error in the same file, the release configuration compile without errors.
I've just installed a new XP SP3 + VS2005, with all updates (VS2005 SP1,...), Windows Platform builder SP1, Windows CE R3 with all QFEs up to april 2011.
I'm trying to compile the latest BSP from texas: BSP_WINCE_ARM_A8_01_02_00_Source
Do you have any ideas where the problem could be?

Update:
I've added Network Utilities, Cab File Installer/Uninstaller, and OS Dependencies for .NET Compact Framwork 2.0 to the BSP and now debug config compiles without errors.
