The NDK is no longer released for sale, but is available freely from TI through the CCS update advisor, see this wiki article.
thanku Bernier for a very good link, But the problem is I hv to use POE (Power over Ethernet) with this(DM648) board for which I need ndk 1.92 product release (as it uses only 4 wires for data ), ndk 2.0 uses all the eight wires which doesn't solve the issue, This full version or product version of ndk 1.92 is not available on the TI side, where as ndk1.93 or 1.92 are avaialble but without the project files,Currently I am using ndk1.92 evaluation ver, although it works well but halts after some time, Kindly help me in this regard (where could i get product release or u have some better option?)
Thanks
Regards
Ahmed

The NDK 1.92 download from here should be a full version, even though the description mentions the 24 hour time out, that is an error on the page. I updated the NDK legacy licensing page to have links to the download page.
Thanku very much Burnie for clarifying the issue, now fully satisfied.
With Best Regards
